My Process
1. booking and scheduling
Gather information of the listing and set up a date and time for photoshoot.
2.Call or Meet up
Either having an agent present or lock box combination, to make sure accessing the property and completing shoot goes smoothly.
3.Picture time
Each photoshoot ranges between 30min to 1hr & 30min.
prepare homeowners/home. lights on, blinds open and clutter tucked away.
4.Delivering photos
Photos are delivered with 2 business days as well as the invoice. If preferred Zelle, tap to pay or checks are acceptable.
